Revenue leakage & OTA dependency
Rate structure drifts, discounts stack, and channel mix quietly moves toward the most expensive source of business.

The diagnostic
Underperformance is rarely one large failure. It is usually four smaller ones, running quietly at the same time.
Rate structure drifts, discounts stack, and channel mix quietly moves toward the most expensive source of business.
Standards exist on paper but vary by shift, by season and by department. The guest feels the variance before the owner sees it.
Recurring friction points in the guest journey go unresolved because nobody owns them end to end.
Unclear structure, weak management rhythm and high turnover erode execution faster than any market condition.
Engagements
Each engagement is scoped to the property. No packaged programmes, no fixed templates.

Retained senior advisory for owners who do not have a full-time corporate support function behind the property.

Three phases, one outcome: a clear view of what to fix, in what order, and why.
Phase 01
Review of the information you supply: performance data, channel and rate structure, organisation chart, reporting formats and current priorities as the ownership sees them.
Phase 02
Observation of live operation across departments, guest journey walk-through, management conversations, and review of the daily and weekly operating rhythm.
Phase 03
Findings consolidated into the Owner Action Report — written for the owner, not for a slide deck, with each item tied to a responsible function.
The single deliverable of the audit. Findings are sorted into three horizons so the property can start on day one.
Immediate
What should change this week, at little or no cost.
30 days
Structural fixes in pricing, process and management rhythm.
90 days
Positioning, capability and standards work that needs a runway.
Approach
This is advisory written by someone who has carried the P&L, run the morning briefing, handled the complaint at reception and answered to ownership for the result.
The work is deliberately practical. Findings are specific to your property, phrased in language your team already uses, and framed so the general manager can act on Monday without a translation layer.
There is no methodology to buy into and no dependency to create. The intention is that the property is stronger and more self-sufficient after the engagement than before it.
